API 5ct oil well casing and tubing pipe
1.ELITE plant is one of the biggest tubing manufacturers in China . Tubing and its coupling made and checking in the plant are in full accordance with API Spec 5CT .In the mean time.the product was also authorizing to use API Spec 5CT monogran in 1999(Certificate No.5CT-0484) .
2.The kinds of the tubing made in the plant are as follows:23/8in,27/8in and 31/2in NU and EU tubing of J55 ,N80 and P110 steel gread.After upsetting,the tubing endures fulllength heat treatments.The heat treatment procedure is controlling by computers.
3.Tubing pipe and oil casing pipe production capactity is 60,000 ton per year and the upsetting and heat treatment capacity is 15,000 ton per year . 4.With a perfect management system for tubing quality, the plant got ISO 9001 quality system certficate from API IN 1999.

API 5CT Casing Pipe Grades
We supply casing pipe in multiple steel grades for different well conditions.
J55 / K55 Casing Pipe
J55 and K55 casing pipe are commonly usinging for general oil and gas well applications. They are suitable for standard working conditions where high collapse resistance or severe corrosion resistance is not the main requirement.
N80 Casing Pipe
N80 casing pipe is used in deeper or more demanding well conditions compared with J55 and K55. It is commonly selected when higher strength is required.
L80 Casing Pipe
L80 casing pipe is often usingd when better performance is required in more demanding environments. Depending on the project condition, buyers may request L80-1, L80-9Cr or L80-13Cr.
P110 Casing Pipe
P110 casing pipe is using for high-strength casing requirements and deeper well applications. It is a common choice for projects that need higher mechanical performance.
Q125 Casing Pipe
